1½" Turbo Diaphragm Repair Kit consisting of a double diaphragm (M45+M10) plus springs (TM0L40 + TMOL11G)
M40 & M40V Diaphragm Repair Kit is suitablr to the 1 1/2'' FM45, FP45, DM45 & DP45 Turbo Valves. There are two kinds of materials for this diaphragm, one is Nitrile and the other is Viton, Nitrile is generally used, Viton is resistant to high temperature and the price is slightly higher.
The M40 Kit is the Nitrile Kit, for use with standard temperature applications
The M40V Kit is the Viton Kit, for use with high temperature applications
1. Fluids: Non-lubricated filtered air.
2. Operating temperature: Nitrile diaphragm (-20°C; +80°C), Viton diaphragm (-20°C; +200°C)
3. Operating pressure: Between 0.5 and 7.5 bar
